Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are a woman who has been officially diagnosed with endometriosis by a doctor.
• You are between 18 and 55 years old.
• You are currently receiving or have previously received medical and/or surgical treatment for endometriosis, and your condition is considered under control.
• You have had ongoing pelvic pain for at least 3 months.
• Your pain level is greater than 4 out of 10 on a pain scale.
• You are able to read and understand information provided to you and can sign a consent form freely and without difficulty.
• You have access to an electronic device such as a tablet, computer, or mobile phone.
• You have an active, valid email address.

Who may not be able to join:

• Women who are going through or have already gone through menopause.
• Women who are currently pregnant or are planning to become pregnant during the study period.
• Women who have a history of gynaecological cancer or are currently receiving any cancer treatment in the pelvic or pelvic floor area.
• Women who have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia.
• Women who are already taking part in another clinical intervention study at the same time.
• Women who are planning to have surgery during the study period.
