Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
- You have been diagnosed with endometriosis by a gynecologist, based on your medical history, an ultrasound, a laparoscopy, or an MRI (you can report this yourself).
- You experience moderate to severe pelvic pain related to endometriosis, rated above 2 out of 10, and/or moderate to severe fatigue related to endometriosis, rated above 2 out of 10, and/or your endometriosis significantly affects your quality of life based on a specific questionnaire.
- You have already tried relevant medical or surgical treatments for endometriosis, in line with recognised European guidelines.
- You are willing to practise mindfulness and yoga at home for 30 to 45 minutes, five to seven days a week, throughout the treatment period.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years old.
- You have a serious psychiatric diagnosis made by a psychiatrist and/or are currently receiving psychiatric treatment.
- You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
- You feel you do not currently have the capacity or energy to take part in a digital mindfulness programme — for example, because of major life events happening at the same time (such as divorce or the loss of a close relative), or because of language or cultural barriers.
