Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with endometriosis through a scan (MRI or ultrasound) or through surgery.
- People who have had surgery for endometriosis at least 3 months ago (if surgery has been done).
- People who are currently on hormone treatment and whose endometriosis is considered controlled.
- People who have had ongoing pelvic pain for at least 3 months.
- People who have pain or muscle tension in the pelvic area, including conditions such as myofascial syndrome, pain around the vaginal opening (vestibulodynia), or nerve-related pain in the pelvic region (pudendal neuropathy).
- People who agree to take part in the study and complete all follow-up visits through to the end.
- People who have access to audio-visual resources and the internet.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have gone through menopause.
- People who are currently having fertility treatment, or who are planning to start fertility treatment within the next 3 months.
- People who are pregnant.
- People who are currently having physiotherapy, or who have had physiotherapy treatment in the last 3 months.
- People who have had a fracture in the leg or lower limb in the last 3 months that affects their ability to move and function.
- People who have a cognitive condition that would prevent them from understanding and following exercise instructions.
- People who have an active (acute phase) muscle, joint, or nerve condition.
- People who have had or currently have a cancer diagnosis.
- People whose endometriosis is not currently being treated.
- People who have acquired abnormalities of the pelvis or pelvic floor (confirm with trial site).
- People who are involved in a legal claim or seeking financial compensation, or who are awaiting an official disability assessment.
- People who have a severe mental health condition, such as schizophrenia or borderline personality disorder.
