Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with squamous cell cancer (a specific type of cancer) of the mouth or throat, confirmed by a laboratory test

- People who have a condition that requires long-term use of medications that suppress the immune system, or long-term use of steroid medications at doses that reduce immune function
- People who currently have active tuberculosis (TB) or who have received TB treatment within the past year
- People who have previously been treated with certain immune checkpoint medications, including anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-PD-L2, or anti-CTLA-4 antibodies (confirm with trial site if unsure about previous treatments)
- People who have HIV or hepatitis C (HCV)
- People who test positive for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and also have a hepatitis B viral load above a certain level on a blood test
