Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years or currently have one, with the exception of certain fully treated cancers including skin basal cell carcinoma, cervical carcinoma in situ, and thyroid papilloma
• People with serious or uncontrolled heart conditions, such as significant heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack within the past year, or certain heart rhythm problems that have required medical treatment
• People who had a serious infection — such as severe pneumonia or a bloodstream infection requiring hospitalisation — within the past 4 weeks
• People with active autoimmune diseases (conditions where the immune system attacks the body), such as lung inflammation, colitis, hepatitis, or thyroid disorders — though people with vitiligo or childhood asthma or allergies that no longer require treatment may still be considered
• People with a history of immune system deficiency conditions, including HIV, other immune deficiency diseases, or those who have had an organ or bone marrow transplant
• People with active tuberculosis (TB), a TB infection in the past year, or a prior TB infection that was not properly treated
• People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infections at levels above specified thresholds on blood tests
• People with a known history of misusing drugs or alcohol
• People the trial investigators judge to be unsuitable for the trial for other medical reasons
