Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a type of cancer in the back of the nose/throat) that has come back after previous treatment

• People whose cancer has spread to neck lymph nodes, but where that spread can be controlled with local treatment

• People who have other uncontrolled health conditions that could interfere with receiving treatment
• People who have had another cancer diagnosed within the past 5 years (except for certain fully treated skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer)
• People for whom chemotherapy or immunotherapy would be medically unsuitable
• People with a serious autoimmune disease
• People currently using immune-suppressing medications or high-dose steroid medicines (such as prednisone above 10mg per day), or who have used these within 2 weeks before starting the trial
• People who have had a severe allergic reaction to a monoclonal antibody medicine in the past
• People who have previously had radioactive particle implant treatment (brachytherapy)
• People who have received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before starting the trial, or who may need one during the study
• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• People whom the trial researchers consider unsuitable for other reasons (confirm with trial site)
