Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years old or older when you give your consent to join the trial
- Doctors expect you to live for more than 12 weeks
- You must be reasonably active and able to care for yourself, with only mild limitations on daily activities (confirm with trial site what this means for your situation)
- You must have at least one measurable tumor in your lungs that can be tracked on scans
- For Groups 1–4 only: You have been confirmed through a tissue sample to have an advanced solid tumor cancer in your lungs, and you have either tried standard treatment and it stopped working, could not tolerate standard treatment, chose not to have standard treatment, or no standard treatment exists for your cancer
- For Groups 5, 6, and 7 only: You have been confirmed through a tissue or cell sample to have stage 3 or 4 non-small cell lung cancer (a common type of lung cancer), AND you have received no more than one previous immunotherapy treatment (with or without platinum-based chemotherapy), or no more than two previous treatments if immunotherapy and chemotherapy were given separately; if you have a specific genetic mutation in your cancer (such as EGFR, KRAS, ALK, or ROS1), you may also have received one additional targeted therapy
Who may not be able to join:
- You have not fully recovered from a previous surgery or radiation therapy, including any ongoing side effects from radiation
- You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or plan to become pregnant during the study or within three months after your last dose of the study drug
- You have a known history of HIV (HIV 1 or HIV 2)
- For Groups 5, 6, and 7 only: You have another cancer that is growing or currently needs active treatment
- For Groups 5, 6, and 7 only: You have active cancer that has spread to your brain or the lining around your brain or spinal cord
- For Groups 5, 6, and 7 only: You had to stop a previous immunotherapy treatment because it was too difficult to tolerate
- For Groups 5, 6, and 7 only: You have an active autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) that requires ongoing medication
- For Groups 5, 6, and 7 only: You have a known active or long-term hepatitis infection
- For Groups 5, 6, and 7 only: You currently have lung inflammation (pneumonitis), or you previously had lung inflammation caused by immunotherapy that required steroid treatment
