Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Your cancer must be a solid tumor that has spread to other parts of the body, confirmed by a tissue or cell sample test

• People with significant heart problems or heart disease
• People who still have unresolved side effects from previous cancer treatments

• People who have brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) that are untreated or not under control
• People who are HIV positive, or have active hepatitis B or C, or have an ongoing infection that requires IV treatment
• People who have received a live vaccine within 28 days before the planned start of treatment
• People who the study doctor feels are not suitable to participate, for any medical or other reason
• People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial during the treatment period
• People with a known allergy to the study drug MDX2001 or any of its components
• People who need supplemental oxygen for everyday activities
