Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have muscle weakness that comes and goes, affecting muscles such as those controlling your eyes, swallowing, speaking, or moving your limbs — and this weakness tends to be worse in the morning and gets better with rest, but worse with continued activity.
• You (or your legal guardian, if applicable) are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part.
• At least one of the following also applies to you:
  • A special test called a "Tensilon test" (a medication test used to check for this type of muscle weakness) came back positive.
  • Nerve and muscle tests showed specific abnormal patterns, such as a drop in muscle electrical response during repeated nerve stimulation, or unusual timing variations detected during a single-fiber muscle test (confirm with trial site).
  • A blood test showed the presence of certain antibodies linked to this condition (called AChR, MuSK, or LRP4 antibodies).

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a mental health condition that would prevent them from cooperating with the study.
• People who have serious problems with multiple organs or are in a very critical medical state, making it impossible to complete the necessary assessments and medical history collection.
