Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed or treated with radiotherapy
  • Your cancer has a specific genetic change called EGFR insertion 20 (a mutation in the EGFR gene)
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are receiving or have received a drug called amivantamab on its own (not combined with other cancer treatments) in France through a special early access programme
  • Your cancer has been confirmed to have started growing again or spreading while on amivantamab treatment
  • Your lung cancer diagnosis was confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy) examined in a laboratory
  • You are covered by the French National Health Insurance programme or have another recognised health coverage
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and agree to provide a blood sample (called a liquid biopsy) when your cancer progresses, and a tissue sample if one is available at that time

Who may not be able to join:

  • You do not agree to provide a blood sample (liquid biopsy) when your cancer progresses
