For the Post-Covid Syndrome group:
- You have had a confirmed positive PCR test for Covid-19
- You are still experiencing ongoing symptoms that are linked to Long Covid (as defined by the World Health Organization), with no other medical explanation for those symptoms
- You are physically and mentally able to take part in exercise activities
- You are considered low risk for heart and cardiovascular problems, based on guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine (confirm with trial site)
For the Healthy Comparison group:
- You do not have any ongoing symptoms that would be considered Long Covid (as defined by the World Health Organization)
- You are physically and mentally able to take part in exercise activities
- You are considered low risk for heart and cardiovascular problems, based on guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose ongoing symptoms after Covid-19 have another known medical explanation
- People who do not have the physical or mental ability to perform the required exercises
- People who are considered moderate or high risk for heart or cardiovascular problems (confirm with trial site)
