Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old at the time of signing the consent form.
  • You have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions for at least 6 months: Lupus (SLE), Immune-Mediated Necrotizing Myopathy (IMNM), Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders (NMOSD), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Myasthenia Gravis (MG), or Systemic Sclerosis (SSc).
  • Your condition is still active or has come back despite being treated with standard therapies for at least 8 weeks, with your dose unchanged for more than 2 weeks, and you have tried at least two different immune-suppressing treatments.
  • Your bone marrow, blood clotting, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are functioning adequately.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have tested positive for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, CMV, or Epstein-Barr virus.
  • You have an active infection that is not under control.
  • You have received a live vaccine in the 4 weeks before signing the consent form.
  • You have previously had a major organ transplant or a bone marrow/stem cell transplant.
  • You have had a serious heart or cardiovascular problem in the past 6 months.
  • You have had significant bleeding in the past 30 days, or you need to take blood-thinning medication long-term.
  • You have not waited long enough after stopping your previous treatments before joining (confirm with trial site).
  • You have previously been treated with CAR-T cell therapy or other genetically modified T cell therapies.
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have severe disease or significant changes affecting your brain or nervous system.
  • You have been diagnosed with cancer at any point in the 5 years before signing the consent form.
