Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) by a healthcare provider, confirmed using standard diagnostic guidelines
• You are 18 years of age or older
• Your MS affects your walking only mildly, and you are generally able to walk without a walking aid or assistive device
• You are currently not very physically active, meaning you exercise or move around for less than 150 minutes per week
• You own and use an iPhone (with iOS 13 or newer software) or an Android phone (version 4.1 or newer)
• You are willing to install and use an app called "ExerciseRx" for the whole length of the study, and carry your phone with you during the day (such as in a pocket, bag, or in your hand)

Who may not be able to join:

• You have had surgery in the past 4 weeks, or you are planning to have surgery during the study period that might affect your ability to walk or be active
• You have experienced an MS relapse (a flare-up of symptoms) within the last 30 days
• You are planning to travel outside of the country during the study period, as this could interfere with how the app sends data
• You are at a higher risk of falling, are prone to injury from falls, or have another medical condition (such as a heart condition, diabetes, or any condition made worse by walking or exercise) that means it may not be safe for you to exercise
