Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with one of the following cancers: breast cancer that has come back, cannot be surgically removed, or has spread to other parts of the body; non-small cell lung cancer that is at an advanced stage (Stage III) and cannot be surgically removed, or has spread; melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that cannot be surgically removed or has spread; or sarcoma (a cancer of the bones or soft tissues) that is at an advanced stage or has spread
- People whose treating doctor estimates they have a life expectancy of more than 3 months
- People who are willing to give formal consent to take part in the trial
- People who are living in the United States at the time they enroll
- People who agree to have their genes and cancer cells analyzed as part of the study (genomic and molecular profiling)

- People who do not meet all of the inclusion criteria listed above
