Who might be able to join this trial:

• People with a bladder tumour smaller than 3 cm that has not grown into the deep muscle wall of the bladder

• People with a serious ongoing illness that significantly shortens life expectancy or makes surgical treatment higher risk
• People with an active infection that has not been treated
• People with a blood clotting problem that has not been corrected
• People who have another cancer or cancer that has spread to other parts of the body
• People who need emergency surgery
• People in vulnerable groups, such as those with an intellectual disability or who are pregnant
