Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 75 years
- People with a body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) below 35
- People with a bladder tumour smaller than 3 cm that has not grown into the deep muscle wall of the bladder

- People with an active infection that has not been treated
- People with a blood clotting problem that has not been corrected
- People who have another cancer or cancer that has spread to other parts of the body
- People who need emergency surgery
- People in vulnerable groups, such as those with an intellectual disability or who are pregnant
