Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who fully understand the study and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old (male or female)

- Group 2: SCLC that developed from a different type of cancer (known as "transformed" SCLC)
- Group 3: A lung cancer called large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma, or a mixed type of SCLC
Who may not be able to join:
- People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the study for any reason
