Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed (confirmed by tissue testing) with squamous cell carcinoma (a type of cancer) of the voice box (larynx) that has come back or not fully responded to treatment, where the original treatment was radiation therapy alone or radiation therapy combined with chemotherapy
- People whose cancer was at an early-to-intermediate stage before their radiation treatment (specific staging categories — confirm with trial site)

- People whose cancer has spread into the lining of the throat (pharyngeal mucosa) or has spread extensively beyond the voice box
- People who have previously had open voice-box preservation surgery (a specific type of surgery to try to keep the larynx — confirm with trial site)
