Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Adults aged 18 or older of any gender
  • People who have had any type or stage of head and neck cancer, regardless of what treatment they received
  • People who are at least one year past the end of their cancer treatment and have a certain minimum level of shoulder movement (the trial site will check whether shoulder flexibility meets the required levels)

  • People who have already been doing strength training exercise at least two days per week in the past month, meeting the Canadian Physical Activity guidelines for muscle and bone strengthening
  • People who are currently taking part in another exercise study or a clinical drug trial
