Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- Your cancer has been confirmed by a tissue sample as a specific type of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a cancer in the back of the nose/throat), classified as WHO type II or III
- Your cancer has been staged at a locally advanced level with no spread to distant parts of the body (confirm with trial site for exact staging details)

Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer is a different type, specifically keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma or basaloid squamous cell carcinoma
- Your treatment is intended only to manage symptoms rather than to treat the cancer directly (palliative treatment)
- You have had a previous cancer, unless it was an early-stage cervical cancer or a common type of skin cancer that was fully treated
- You have had radiotherapy in the past, unless it was for a minor skin cancer in a completely different area of the body
- You have previously had chemotherapy or surgery (other than for diagnosis) for this cancer
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have another serious illness that could make the trial unsafe or make it hard for you to follow the treatment plan, such as unstable heart disease, serious kidney or liver disease, poorly controlled diabetes, or significant emotional or mental health difficulties
- You have previously had an allergic reaction to any of the drugs being used in this trial
