Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have been recently diagnosed with a specific type of throat/mouth cancer (squamous cell carcinoma of the oropharynx, stages I through IV), confirmed by a tissue sample test
- You have not received any treatment for this cancer (such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy) in the last four weeks
- You are enrolled in or have agreed to participate in a related study at Moffitt Cancer Center, OR you are a patient at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Hillman Cancer Center
- You are at least 35 years old
- You have never previously been diagnosed with head and neck cancer or a cancer related to HPV (human papillomavirus)
- You fully understand what taking part in this study involves
- You are willing to take part and have signed a written consent form

- Anyone who does not meet all of the inclusion criteria listed above (confirm with trial site)
