Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE/Lupus).
- You are 18 years old or older at the time of signing up.
- You have been experiencing fatigue as an ongoing problem for at least the past 4 weeks, and it has a significant impact on your quality of life (rated 6 or higher on a scale of 1–10).
- You are willing to give consent online, fill in questionnaires, and be randomly assigned to either standard care or a group programme through a secure online system.
- You have not taken part in a group fatigue or pain management programme in the last 5 years.
- You can read and hold a conversation in English confidently.
- You have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet and audio/video capability.
- You are able to, or willing to learn to, use an NHS-approved online platform.
- You are willing to share a phone number, postal address, and email address for communication about the trial.
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not understand English well enough to take part in a live online group session with other participants and facilitators who will likely only speak English.
- You are unable to confirm your eligibility, complete online consent forms, or fill in questionnaires.
- You are currently taking part in another interventional clinical trial.
