Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (a type of cancer in the back of the nose/throat) confirmed by a pathology test, and who have not yet received any cancer treatment

• People aged 18 to 70 years old

• People who are under 18 or over 70 years old
• People who have a certain type of active hepatitis B infection (based on specific blood test results)
• People who test positive for hepatitis C antibodies
• People who have active or known autoimmune diseases (conditions where the immune system attacks the body), though some conditions may still be acceptable — such as type 1 diabetes, an underactive thyroid managed with hormone replacement only, or certain skin conditions like vitiligo, psoriasis, or hair loss that do not need systemic (whole-body) treatment (confirm with trial site)
