Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) based on standard medical guidelines (DSM-5).
- Your OCD symptoms are rated as moderate to severe on a standard OCD assessment scale (a score of 18 or higher on the Y-BOCS — confirm with trial site).
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- If you take antidepressants, your dose has not changed in the last 8 weeks; if you take anti-anxiety medication, your dose has not changed in the last 4 weeks.
- You are willing to keep your medication the same throughout the study.
- You are not currently receiving any other form of talking therapy or psychological treatment.
- You have access to a computer or smartphone with an internet connection.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently experiencing strong thoughts of suicide, intentions to act on those thoughts, or have previously attempted suicide.
- You have a current or past diagnosis of a psychotic disorder or bipolar disorder.
- You have a condition affecting memory, thinking, or learning that is severe enough to interfere with treatment or that needs to be treated first (confirm with trial site).
- You have a substance use or addiction problem that is severe enough to interfere with treatment or that needs to be treated first.
