Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with endometriosis through an ultrasound, MRI, or surgery
- People whose pain level rates higher than 4 out of 10 on a standard pain scale

- People who have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis, short bowel syndrome, or another long-term inflammatory condition
- People who report having coeliac disease
- People who follow a vegan diet
- People who smoke
- People who take immunosuppressive medications (drugs that reduce immune system activity) or psychiatric medications
- People whose food frequency questionnaire score is above 120 (confirm with trial site)
- People who have been diagnosed with a severe mental health condition that currently requires treatment from a psychiatrist
- People whose average pain score has been below 4 out of 10 over the past month
- People who are currently taking part in another intervention study
- People who are unable to speak Dutch or understand the study interventions
- People who are likely to need surgery during the study period
- People who experience serious pain (rated above 4 out of 10) that is caused by something other than endometriosis
- People who are pregnant
- People whose scalp hair is shorter than 4 cm
