Who might be able to join this trial:
- People diagnosed with low-risk or intermediate-risk uterine (endometrial) cancer of a specific type (endometrioid adenocarcinoma, grade 1 or 2), confirmed by biopsy and MRI scan, and classified as stage I before treatment.
- People whose surgeon has recommended a minimally invasive keyhole surgery (laparoscopy) to remove the uterus.
- People aged 18 or over.

- People who agree to allow their anonymised data to be matched with the French National Health Data System (SNDS).

- People who are under legal protection (such as guardianship or curatorship) or who are in custody or deprived of their liberty.
- People not affiliated with a French social security scheme.
- People already taking part in another interventional clinical trial or certain other research studies that could affect this study's data.
- People for whom minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery has been ruled out by the pre-operative anaesthesia assessment.
- People whose surgery would be performed using a robotic system other than specific Intuitive Surgical robot models (Si, X, or Xi) — applicable if robotic surgery is involved (confirm with trial site).
- For the randomised part of the trial specifically: people whose surgeon does not have sufficient robotic surgery experience (fewer than 30 robotic procedures in the past year, or fewer than 50 robotic procedures in total), or whose treatment centre does not have the required robotic or laparoscopic equipment.
