- People who have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis
- Children and young people aged between 2 years and 17 years and 11 months
- Those who have been receiving the CFTR modulator medication Kaftrio-Kalydeco for at least 2 months
- Those who are being cared for at one of the Cystic Fibrosis Resource and Skill Centres in Lyon, Paris-Trousseau, or Nancy
- Those whose parents or guardians have not objected to participation

- Those whose parents or guardians have refused permission for participation
- Those whose parents or guardians are considered by the trial investigators to be unable to follow the requirements of the study protocol
- Those who are currently taking part in another interventional research study that has an exclusion period which has not yet ended at the time of joining this trial
