Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose tumor a urologist has determined is not suitable for laser removal — for example, because the tumor appears to have grown deeply into the bladder muscle or has spread to other parts of the body.
- People who also have a tumor in the urethra (the tube that carries urine out of the body) or in the upper urinary tract (the kidneys or ureters) at the same time.
- People who have a past history of carcinoma in situ (a type of early-stage cancer confined to the surface lining of the bladder).
- People who have a contracted bladder, meaning a bladder that has shrunk and lost its normal capacity (confirm with trial site).
