- People who are 18 years of age or older (male or female).

- People who have had a serious heart-related event in the past 6 months, or who have certain uncontrolled heart or lung conditions that make exercise unsafe, such as unstable chest pain, uncontrolled abnormal heart rhythms, severe heart valve problems, uncontrolled heart failure, a blood clot in the lungs, heart inflammation, a suspected or known tearing of a major blood vessel, or an active serious infection.
