Who might be able to join this trial:
- People diagnosed with acute T cell lymphoblastic leukemia (a fast-growing blood and bone marrow cancer affecting T cells)
- People who have had disease-monitoring tests (looking for tiny amounts of remaining cancer cells) done using flow cytometry and/or a specific lab test called quantitative PCR
- People who are willing to undergo a type of stem cell transplant using cells from a partially matched donor, and who have a suitable partially matched donor available (such as a parent, child, or sibling)

- People for whom a suitable unrelated cord blood unit (donated umbilical cord blood from an unrelated person) cannot be found
- People who have previously had a stem cell transplant (either using their own cells or donor cells) or a specialised immune cell therapy called CAR-T cell therapy
- People who have an active, uncontrolled infection that would make a stem cell transplant unsafe
- People with serious problems affecting how major organs (such as the heart, liver, or kidneys) are working
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People whom the trial doctors consider unsuitable for the trial for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
