Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have given your informed agreement and signed the study consent form
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of eye inflammation called non-infectious uveitis, identified using a standard set of medical criteria
- Your eye condition has been fully under control for at least 48 weeks with treatment (or at least 96 weeks if your uveitis is related to Behçet's disease)
- You have been taking a medication called adalimumab (ADA) at a dose of 40mg every 14 days for at least 24 weeks
- You have not needed steroid tablets or injections (taken throughout the body) for at least 12 weeks
Who may not be able to join:
- You are unable or unwilling to understand and/or sign the consent form for the study
- You are unable or unwilling to attend the follow-up appointments required by the study
- Any other medication you take alongside adalimumab to control your immune system (such as methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine, or mycophenolate) has been changed in the 12 weeks before joining the study
- Your uveitis (eye inflammation) is thought or proven to be caused by an infection
- You have a planned surgery or other upcoming medical event that would mean you need to stop taking adalimumab during the study period
