Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE, or "lupus") that is currently in a low-activity state, based on specific scoring tools used by doctors, and you have had the condition for more than 3 months

  • You have received certain targeted therapies for lupus (such as Rituximab, Belimumab, or Telitacicept) in the 6 months before the screening appointment
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have had a cancer diagnosis in the last 5 years (with some exceptions for certain minor skin cancers or early-stage cervical changes — confirm with trial site)
  • You have active hepatitis or a history of serious liver disease
  • You currently have an active infection such as HIV, tuberculosis, or COVID-19 at the time of screening
  • Your immune system protein levels (specifically IgG) are significantly lower than normal
  • The doctor running the trial feels, for any reason, that the trial would not be appropriate for you
