Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called lung adenocarcinoma that has spread to other parts of the body, confirmed by a lab test
- Your cancer has shown signs of growing or spreading (outside the brain) on scans after being treated with a drug called Osimertinib, either as a first or second treatment
- You were previously tested for specific gene changes (called EGFR-sensitive mutation or T790M mutation) that guided your Osimertinib treatment, and your cancer has since progressed on scans
- Your cancer showed some benefit from Osimertinib treatment at some point, meaning it either shrank, disappeared, or stayed stable for more than 6 months
- You have at least one tumour that can be measured on a scan

- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test (blood or urine) within 7 days before starting the trial
- You are willing to take part and have signed a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously received chemotherapy or immunotherapy
- Your lung cancer is not the adenocarcinoma type (for example, squamous cell lung cancer or a mixed type)
- After genetic testing, there are other suitable treatment options available for your cancer following progression on Osimertinib
- You have brain metastases causing symptoms, cancer spread to the membranes around the brain, or pressure on your spinal cord
- You are still experiencing side effects from previous Osimertinib treatment that have not fully resolved
- You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years (some minor skin or early-stage cancers may be exceptions — confirm with trial site)
- You have a history of a lung condition called interstitial pneumonia
- The trial doctors believe there are other reasons you would not be suitable for the study (confirm with trial site)
