Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with migraine (with or without aura) according to standard medical guidelines
- You are at least 18 years old
- You experience between 2 and 8 migraine attacks per month
- You are already taking one of the following migraine prevention medications at a steady dose: atogepant, eptinezumab, erenumab, fremanezumab, galcanezumab, or rimegepant — and have been on that stable dose for at least 2 months (or have had at least 2 injections if you receive a once-every-3-months injection)
- You may have either episodic migraine (occasional attacks) or chronic migraine (more frequent attacks)
- You are allowed to be taking other migraine prevention treatments alongside the ones listed above, as long as those have also been at a stable dose for at least 2 months
Additional requirements if you would be starting rimegepant as your prevention medication during this trial:
- You have had 4 or more migraine days per month on average over the past 2 months (based on your own reported experience)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have another type of primary headache disorder besides migraine (note: tension-type headaches are still allowed)
- You have previously had an allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to zavegepant or any of its ingredients
- You have previously had an allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to rimegepant or any of its ingredients (applies only to those being considered for rimegepant as part of the trial)
