Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- Cases where no surgical video recording exists, or where no post-surgery measurements and records of the removed tissue are available
- Cases where the surgical cut edge does not extend beyond a distance equal to the nodule's diameter from the nodule itself
- Cases where the area removed during surgery turns out to be more than 50% larger than what was planned beforehand
- Cases where the pathology results after surgery show a stage other than IA1 or IA2 (pT1aN0M0 or pT1bN0M0, eighth edition)
- Cases where the treating surgeon determines that a more extensive surgical removal is needed
- People who have a chronic lung condition — such as COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, or silicosis — that is already causing, or is at risk of causing, further loss of lung function
