Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children and teenagers between 1 and 18 years of age.
- People with a confirmed diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis, proven through genetic testing or a sweat chloride test.

Who may not be able to join:
- People with uncontrolled deficiency in fat-soluble vitamins (Vitamins A, D, E, or K).
- People whose constipation medication or dosage has been changed within the 4 weeks before starting the trial treatment.
- People whose constipation is considered well-managed, meaning their stool consistency scores above 3 on the standard stool scale with their current treatment.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to Maralixibat or any of the ingredients used in the study.
- Cases where the participant or their parent or legal guardian is unable or unwilling to provide written consent to take part.
