Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 45 years old and strongly wish to preserve your ability to have children in the future
- You have been diagnosed through a tissue sample (biopsy) with a lower-grade form of uterine (endometrial) cancer or abnormal uterine lining growth (grade 1 or grade 2 endometrioid type)
- A detailed MRI scan has shown no signs that the cancer has grown into the muscle wall of the uterus
- CT scans of the abdomen and lungs have shown no signs that the cancer has spread outside the uterus
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a medical condition that would make pregnancy unsafe or impossible for you
- You do not wish to preserve your fertility or have no desire to become pregnant in the future
- Scans have shown that the cancer has grown into the uterine muscle wall or spread to other parts of the body
- You have been diagnosed with a higher-grade (grade 3) or a different type of uterine cancer that is not the endometrioid type
- You have any other illness or condition that could interfere with the study or make the results difficult to interpret (confirm with trial site)
