Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years old or older and have been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, colorectal cancer, melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or non-small cell lung cancer.
• You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy (one or more drugs, including targeted therapy) and/or a type of immunotherapy called an immune checkpoint inhibitor — you can still join up until the start of your second round of treatment if you couldn't sign up before treatment began.
• You are able to read and understand English or Spanish, as surveys are in these languages.
• You have a working email address and are willing to fill out surveys online, whether at home, in the clinic, or elsewhere.
• You have completed a confidential self-reported screening survey and received a result showing you are eligible.
• You currently live in the United States, as confirmed by your own report on the screening survey.
• Your doctor believes you have a life expectancy of at least 6 months.

Optional sub-study (only available at certain locations):

• You are willing to take part in both the main study and an additional sub-study at Wake Forest University Comprehensive Cancer Center or Virginia Commonwealth University.
• You are receiving your cancer treatment at one of those two specific locations.
• You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer.
• Your treatment plan includes a chemotherapy drug called paclitaxel along with an immune checkpoint inhibitor.

Who may not be able to join:

• You are currently enrolled in another clinical trial focused on managing cancer symptoms.
• You are currently pregnant.
• You have previously received systemic cancer treatment for a prior cancer, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or hormonal therapy.
• You are currently enrolled in hospice care.

For the optional sub-study only:

• You are regularly taking steroid medications or immune-modifying drugs (such as prednisone, dexamethasone, etanercept, or infliximab) — note that steroids taken as a pre-medication before chemotherapy are allowed (confirm with trial site).
• You have a history of HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C.
