Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are female
- People aged between 18 and 50 years old
- People who weigh at least 50 kg
- People who have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions: multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, type 1 diabetes, or endometriosis
- People who have been diagnosed with migraine and experience at least 4 headache days per month (for the migraine group)
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose BMI is 17 or below, or 30 or above
- People who have type 2 diabetes, an immune deficiency, or any other chronic autoimmune or inflammatory disease
- People who have non-migraine headaches, unless they are tension-type headaches occurring fewer than 4 days per month
- People who have been pregnant, given birth, had a miscarriage, are breastfeeding, or have been in a medically assisted reproduction program (such as hormone therapy or ovary stimulation) within the 3 months before the blood sample is taken
- People who have gone through menopause, or have had their uterus or both ovaries surgically removed
- People who are currently taking hormone therapy, other than contraception or treatment for endometriosis
- People who have had a bone marrow or solid organ transplant
- People who are under legal guardianship or have restrictions on their personal liberty (confirm with trial site)
- People (in the patient group) who have been diagnosed with more than one autoimmune or inflammatory disease
- People (in the control group) who have a diagnosis of any autoimmune or inflammatory disease
- People (in the non-migraine group) who have a diagnosis of migraine
