Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are a woman between the ages of 20 and 80
• You are scheduled for surgery that removes only part of the breast (not the whole breast) and includes a procedure to check nearby lymph nodes
• You have a body mass index (BMI) over 25, or you have already received chemotherapy before surgery
• You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities, or have only mild limitations (confirm with trial site)
• You are able to understand what the study involves and are willing to sign a consent form in writing
• There is no sign that your cancer has spread to other parts of the body

Who may not be able to join:

• Pre-surgery scans (such as MRI, CT, or ultrasound) show signs that lymph nodes under the arm may be enlarged or affected by cancer
• You had confirmed cancer in your lymph nodes before chemotherapy, and scans still show remaining disease in those lymph nodes
• You are planning to have your entire breast removed
• You are planning to have all underarm lymph nodes removed without first doing the smaller lymph node check procedure
• You are a man with breast cancer
• You have cancer in both breasts
• You are unable to read or understand the consent form for any reason
• You choose not to take part or do not sign the consent form
• The trial doctors feel, for any reason, that the study is not right for you (confirm with trial site)
• A drain tube was not placed in the surgical area after your operation
• The specific medical device being studied was not available or could not be used during your surgery due to circumstances in the operating room
