Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have taken antibiotics within the past month before joining the trial.
• People who have active lung inflammation of a specific type (interstitial lung disease), or who have a history of this condition that required treatment with steroid medicines.
• People who need to take high-dose steroid medicines (more than 10 mg of prednisone per day or an equivalent dose), or who have received medicines that suppress the immune system within 14 days before the first dose of the study treatment.
• People who have an uncontrolled condition where the adrenal glands do not produce enough hormones (adrenal insufficiency).
• People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
• People who have severe heart failure (rated Class III or higher on the New York Heart Association scale) or who have a history of inflammation of the heart muscle (myocarditis).
• People who have had an uncontrolled irregular heartbeat that developed within the six months before the start of the study.
