  • People who have had or currently have another type of cancer
  • People who have a history of, or currently have, a lung condition called interstitial pneumonia or non-infectious pneumonia that required or requires steroid (hormone) treatment
  • People who have or have had an autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues)
  • People with severe or uncontrolled heart or blood vessel disease
  • People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
