- People whose cancer also has other specific gene changes for which targeted treatments have already been approved
- People who have untreated or currently active cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord, or who have had or currently have cancer spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord
- People whose cancer-related pain is poorly controlled
- People who have had or currently have another type of cancer
- People who have a history of, or currently have, a lung condition called interstitial pneumonia or non-infectious pneumonia that required or requires steroid (hormone) treatment
- People who have or have had an autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body's own tissues)
- People with severe or uncontrolled heart or blood vessel disease
- People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
