• Children who have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa (a serious eating disorder involving very restricted eating), based on medical records or caregiver report
• Children who are pregnant, based on their medical records
• Children whose caregiver plans to switch to a different pediatrician (children's doctor) within the next year
• Children whose medical records show they have previously chosen not to participate in research
• Children who have a brother or sister already enrolled in this research trial
