For patients:

  • You are any age (child or adult) and have a rare immune system condition involving autoimmunity, abnormal inflammation, or early lymph node/immune cell overgrowth that started before age 18, or runs in families, or is part of a broader syndrome
  • You are a family member (any age, child or adult) of someone with the type of condition described above
  • You weigh more than 5 kg (approximately 11 lbs)
  • You (or your parent/guardian) have been informed about the study and have signed a consent form
  • You are covered by a social security/health insurance scheme

For healthy volunteers:

  • You are any age (child or adult) with no health restrictions related to age
  • You weigh more than 5 kg (approximately 11 lbs)
  • You (or your parent/guardian) have been informed about the study and have signed a consent form
  • You are covered by a social security/health insurance scheme

Who may not be able to join:

For patients:

  • You (or your parent/guardian) do not wish to take part in the study

For healthy volunteers:

  • You currently have an active infection (such as a virus, bacterial infection, or parasitic infection)
  • You have had cancer in the last 5 years, or currently have cancer
  • You or a close family member has a history of an autoimmune disease
  • Your immune system is weakened, for example due to an immune deficiency or because you have received an organ or tissue transplant
  • You (or your parent/guardian) do not wish to take part in the study
  • You are an adult who is under a legal protection order, such as guardianship or curatorship
