Parents/Guardians:

- Adults who lead or are connected to sports leagues or community groups serving rural young people, or who have children aged 3 or older on participating sports teams, or who live and/or work in rural communities in Utah or West Virginia
Sports Leagues:
- Local recreational sports leagues or development programs (such as T-ball or coach pitch) that serve children aged 3 and older may be eligible to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- Adults or children who do not speak or read English
- People asked to complete surveys who have a medical condition or other circumstance (such as a developmental delay) that would prevent them from completing those surveys
