Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You either had a positive COVID-19 test (by swab, antibody, or antigen test) at least 3 months before joining, OR you had an illness that was likely COVID-19 after October 15, 2019, even without a positive test (confirm with trial site)
  • You have already been receiving standard treatments for your Long COVID for at least 4 weeks before joining
  • Your COVID-19 symptoms have continued for more than 3 months after your illness began and have lasted at least 2 months
  • You are still experiencing lingering Long COVID symptoms at the time of joining, and these must include self-reported problems with thinking, memory, or mental clarity (cognitive dysfunction)
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant and is sexually active, you must agree to use an approved method of birth control or practice complete abstinence during the study
  • You are able to understand and sign a consent form and are willing and able to follow the study requirements
  • You are able to travel to one of the three study locations where the treatment sessions take place

Who may not be able to join:

  • You needed a breathing machine (ventilator) or a heart-lung bypass machine (ECMO) during your COVID-19 illness
  • You currently have major organ failure, have had an organ transplant, or are currently staying in a hospital for acute care
  • You have medical reasons that prevent you from safely receiving all of the study treatments (confirm with trial site)
  • You are currently participating in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have a collapsed lung (pneumothorax)
  • You have seizures that are not well controlled
  • You have long-term (chronic) sinus problems
  • You have a current or long-term ear infection (otitis media)
  • You have had serious injury or trauma to your eardrum
