You currently have major organ failure, have had an organ transplant, or are currently staying in a hospital for acute care
You have medical reasons that prevent you from safely receiving all of the study treatments (confirm with trial site)
You are currently participating in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention
You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
You have a collapsed lung (pneumothorax)
You have seizures that are not well controlled
You have long-term (chronic) sinus problems
You have a current or long-term ear infection (otitis media)
You have had serious injury or trauma to your eardrum
