Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), confirmed through a tissue sample test

- Patients who have previously had their spleen removed
- Patients who have received any vaccine within 14 days before enrolling in the trial
- Patients who are currently taking high-dose steroid tablets or other medicines that suppress the immune system within 14 days of starting the trial (confirm with trial site, as some lower-dose or inhaled/topical steroids may still be permitted)
- Patients with mental health conditions or substance misuse problems that might make it difficult to follow the requirements of the trial
- Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial period

To measure the spatial correlation of PET uptake of [18F]F-AraG and [89Zr]Zr-Df-Crefmirlimab in tumors and T-cell rich organs such as lymph nodes prior to resection.; To measure the strength of correlation between the presence of CD8+ cells and T cell activation features in the resected tumor and lymph nodes with preoperative uptake of [89Zr]Zr-Df-Crefmirlimab and [18F]F-AraG, respectively.
