Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older
• People who are able to give informed consent to take part in research
• People who have been diagnosed with a head and neck cancer, such as oral cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, laryngeal cancer, sinus cancer, or salivary gland cancer
• People who have finished radiation therapy or chemoradiotherapy at least 2 weeks ago
• People who experience dry mouth as a result of their cancer treatment
• People who are able to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin

Who may not be able to join:

• People who had dry mouth problems before their head and neck cancer treatment (for example, due to a condition called Sjögren's Syndrome)
• People who have practised acupressure themselves, or received acupuncture from a practitioner, in the last 3 months
• People for whom acupressure would not be safe, such as those with a blood system disease (for example, leukaemia), those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with deformities of the arms or legs, or those with infections or injuries at the specific body points used in acupressure
• Note: People who have been taking medications or complementary substances to manage dry mouth at a stable dose over the past month are not excluded from taking part
