  • You must speak English and have access to a phone and the internet.

  • Your current treatments for depression, anxiety, sleep problems, or pain (whether medication or therapy) must be stable and not changing.
  • You must have a documented history of traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have difficulty making decisions for themselves or have been diagnosed with dementia may not be eligible.
  • People who are currently using a light therapy box or a negative ion generator may not be eligible.
  • People who work shift work (irregular or overnight hours) may not be eligible.
  • People with a history of macular degeneration (an eye condition) or bipolar disorder may not be eligible.
  • People who are currently having thoughts of suicide may not be eligible.
  • People who have been diagnosed with cancer in the past 6 months may not be eligible.
  • People who have had surgery in the past 6 months may not be eligible.
  • People who have had substance abuse issues in the past 6 to 12 months may not be eligible.
  • People who have significant weakness or paralysis on one side of the body following a stroke may not be eligible.
