Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older who have been newly diagnosed with a specific type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that tested negative for a particular genetic marker called Ph/BCR-ABL1, confirmed through bone marrow and laboratory tests

- People whose doctors expect them to survive for more than 3 months

Who may not be able to join:
- People diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma or Burkitt leukemia

- People whose leukemia has spread to the brain, spinal cord, or other areas outside the bone marrow
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People with active, serious infections that are not under control and could interfere with completing treatment
- People who are known to be HIV positive
- People with significant heart rhythm problems, unexplained fainting (not caused by a simple drop in blood pressure), heart conduction problems, or a history of a slow heart rate with significant heart block — unless a permanent pacemaker has already been fitted
- People with serious mental health conditions that could interfere with completing treatment
- People the trial investigators consider unsuitable for other medical reasons
