Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have recently had a healthy pregnancy with one baby (not twins or more)
- People who are between 6 and 16 weeks after giving birth at the time of joining the trial
- People whose body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) is 25 or above at the time of joining
- People who are willing to give their consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:

- People who have been diagnosed with anorexia or bulimia
- People who are currently taking medication that is likely to significantly affect body weight

- People who are already taking part in another diet or weight management program after giving birth
- People who work overnight shifts more than once a week
- People who regularly go without eating for 14 hours or more per day, or who have completed 12 or more full-day fasts in the past year
- People who are not able to understand and communicate in English
